Garage Sales
Each year, three garage sales or “garage sales” are organized simultaneously at NDIP, Île-Perrot and Pincourt on specific weekends (National Patriots’ Day weekend, preceding weekend. National Day in June and Labor Day weekend in September).
Signs to advertise garage sales are authorized on City territory.
The signs can be installed as of the Friday preceding the weekend of the garage sale, starting at 5 p.m. They must be removed, under penalty of a fine, the Monday following the garage sale at 8 a.m. in the case of the weekend preceding the National Day in June or the Tuesday following the garage sale at 8 a.m. two other cases.
It is prohibited to hold a garage sale on the territory of the City of Notre-Dame-de-Île-Perrot at other times during the year.
