For non-urgent inquiries

N'encombrons pas les lignes d'urgence !

This government service aims to relieve pressure on emergency lines by centralizing non-urgent requests, while facilitating communication between citizens and municipal services outside of business hours.

  • Municipal emergencies outside of business hours (broken water mains, road subsidence, trees blocking traffic, obstacles on the road)
  • Non-emergency issues (e.g., stray animals, street lighting)
  • Situations that can wait (e.g., dead animal on the road, neighborhood noise, missing signage)
  • There is a non-emergency number for the police: for questions or nuisances, call 450-424-1212.
