The purpose of the Conseil intermunicipal de transport (CIT) La Presqu’Île is to develop public transit in our region. The member municipalities of this intermunicipal transportation board are Vaudreuil-Dorion, Pincourt, Hudson, Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot and L’Île-Perrot. Since May 2008, three routes have made it possible for residents to commute by train. Please send comments and suggestions by email, or phone 450-424-2485 between 8:30 a.m. and noon or between 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
TRAM 4 pass holders may board zone 4 buses for free. As development in Notre-Dame-de-l’Île-Perrot has increased and as gasoline prices have gone up, residents have become more conscious of the environment, and they are demanding that concrete action be taken to improve their quality of life. It is with their support and cooperation that transit services will continue to improve in the years to come. Go to the CIT La Presqu’Île website for route schedules.
Passengers can board the commuter train at two locations on Île Perrot. For more information, go to the AMT website.
