 Conditions

Instructors and the responsible organizations will be present to answer your questions.  A resident cannot register more than 2 other residents, if the program permits. As well, non-residents must pay a supplementary fee of $10 or more, depending on the activity. 

 Registration Fees

Registration fees for activities are payable in full (unless exempted) in cash or by cheque made out to the responsible organisation. 

 Refund Policy

Registration fees are refundable in full if the activity is cancelled by Community Services. In case of withdrawl by the participant before the start of the activity, an administration fee of $10 or 15% of the cost of the activity, whichever is higher (maximum 20$), will be applied. After the start of the activity, refunds are given only for medical reasons or other raisons deemed admissible, if the refund request is accompanied by proof of justification.  The refund will be pro-rated for the services received, minus administration fees.

Please note that each association or teacher has their own refund policy, which may differ from the policy of Community Services of Notre-Dame-de-l'Île-Perrot.

 Available Spaces

After the official registration dates, please contact the activity responsable.

 Cancellation

Community Services and the other organizations reserve the right to cancel any activity for which the minimum number of participants has not been met.  In this case, the registration amount, if any, is refunded in full.

 Disclaimer

Community Services and the other organizations shall not be held responsible for accidents that may occur during an activity, it is therefore advisable that participants be covered by an insurance plan.  Equally, in the use of public cloak rooms (schools, swimming pools, etc.), Community Services is not responsible for lost or stolen items.  We ask the users to not leave valuables (money, watches, jewellery, etc.) in such places.
