In order to be eligible for the “resident” price, the activity must be for a member of the requester’s family (marriage, baptism, funeral, wedding anniversary…) or attract the participation of the citizens of Notre-Dame.
A business enterprise is also considered a resident if it has a storefront, an office, or has its headquarters in Notre-Dame-de-l'Île-Perrot. Only non-profit organizations addressing citizens of Notre-Dame-de-l'Île-Perrot are eligible for the “resident” price. A copy of the charter may be requested as proof.
** Holidays are: January 1 - 2 inclusive, April 14 - 17 inclusive, May 22, June 24, July 1, September 4, October 9, as well as December 23 - 31 inclusive.
*** The salle Polyvalente is available on holidays only if the Reception Hall is already rented.
Reservations must be confirmed with a deposit ($100 in all cases), and can be made a maximum of 1 year in advance for marriages (9 months for non-residents) and 9 months in advance (6 months for non-residents) for other events. Residents always have priority.
Prices in effect as of December 15, 2005, subject to change without notice.
