Theme: A fantastic event disrupted the N.D.I.P. day camp. Getting in a whirlwind of craze. The campers mark was recently found in an unknown location where evil creatures and refreshing beauties roam around. Caught in this fantastic world where time does not exist, camp memories slowly disappear. Many challenges, obstacles and adventures await the brave ones that will come and defend this precious territory. Dive in this enchanted whirlwind so that the memories of the camp will be filled with marvelous souvenirs that we will have this summer!

A day care service will be available for the seven weeks from 7:00AM to 9:00AM
and from 3:30 PM to 6:00PM

Cost : 30$ / week per child or $7 / a day per child

Payable in cash or cheque on April 24 or on the Thursday prior to the desired week.

Again this year, the Ville de Notre-Dame-de-L’Ile-Perrot and the Centre Notre-Dame-de-Fatima, as a result of a statement of understanding between the two parties are allowing children of Notre-Dame the opportunity to register to day camps at a preferred rate. To avoid long line-ups on registration day, you can register at home when it is convenient, by respecting the following procedures

. All registrations received after May 1st will not be subsidized by the city

GRANTS FROM THE CITY
. To be entitled to the preferred rate, you must provide proof of residence and proof of age for children (copy of school report card)
. The city will provide a grant for up to a maximum of (7) seven weeks for each resident / participant of Notre-Dame.
. The additional weeks will be at the full rate payable to the Centre Notre-Dame-de-Fatima.
. The preferred rate is applicable to all programs.

Complete the enclosed registration form, occupancy schedule and health card or on the web site and return documents in accordance with the conditions (registration, proof of residence and proof of age) along with your payment to:

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR PROCESSING REGISTRATION
If no proof of residence is enclosed, your registration will not be processed, nor date stamped on date of receipt.

For all registrations by internet, the delay is (ten) 10 working days.
NO REMINDER WILL BE SENT regarding this procedure

POLICY FOR CANCELLATION, REIMBURSEMENT AND CHANGES
For all cancellations before June 9, a charge of $20/week per child will be applicable. After June 9, there will be no reimbursement.

In case of illness or accident, the lost days will be reimbursed (medical certificate required)
- No reimbursement will be granted for transportation, day care service or meals not taken.
- A program may be cancelled if the number of participants is insufficient. In this case, all amounts previously paid will be reimbursed.
- For changes, a cost of $5 will apply including requests for group change.
- All registrations or special requests (meals, day care, transportation, programs, group change) must me made prior to the specific week on Wednesday at noon.
